Dr. Lance Snyder, MD

Team Physician - Orthopedic Surgery

Dr. Lance Snyder graduated from the University of Kansas, majoring in Biology. During his time at Kansas Dr. Snyder was a varsity letterman football player. After his time in Kansas, Dr. Snyder received his M.D. at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Snyder completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Kansas. He further specialized his training at the University of Southern California where he studies spine surgery and also studied at the University of Colorado studying Sports Medicine and Shoulder injuries. Dr. Snyder has served as the Team Physician for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, Mandarin High School and University Christian High School. He certainly has a love for the sport of baseball and the prevention and the treatment of baseball related injuries. Dr. Snyder is the head team physician for the Jacksonville Sharks Arena Football Team. Dr. Snyder is located at the JOI Baptist South location.

Dr. Colin LaCroix, MD

Colin LaCroix, MD, is dedicated to providing compassionate, up-to-date medical care for a wide variety of common medical conditions. He prides himself on offering quick and easy access and is committed to taking the time to really listen to all of his patients. His areas of expertise include: online doctor visits, diabetes, heart disease, sports medicine, dermatology, migraine and migraine botox and preventive medicine.

Dr. LaCroix and his family moved from Sarasota, FL to Jacksonville in 2014. He has a love for outdoor activities that includes participating in triathlons, playing tennis, and sailing. He also enjoys playing the guitar.

Sanjiva Goyal, MD

Team Physician - Dermatology

Dr. Goyal is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and holds affiliations with the Florida Society of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, Florida Medical Association and American Medical Association.

Graduating with top honors from the University of Leeds Medical School, England, Dr. Goyal completed his internship at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, his dermatology residency at the prestigious Cook County Hospital, Chicago, and a research fellowship at Northwestern University, Chicago. Dr. Goyal received training in cutaneous laser surgery by world-renowned laser pioneers, Kenneth A. Arndt, MD and Jeffrey S. Dover, MD at Harvard Medical School. After completing his residency, Dr. Goyal was appointed the clinic director, Department of Dermatology, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. In August 2000, he joined Mayo Clinic Jacksonville as Senior Associate Consultant in Dermatology.

In January 2003, Dr. Goyal opened his private practice with a focus on providing quality dermatologic care with the utmost integrity. His state-of-the-art facilities at both the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach locations offer an expansive list of services and incorporate full-spectrum medical spas for optimal patient care and convenience. He continues to follow his passion for medical and surgical dermatology, with a special interest in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as neurotoxins (Botox / Dysport), fillers, Kybella and laser. He was one of the pioneers of PDO threads in the Jacksonville area and has now performed multiple PDO procedures. Dr Goyal is one of a couple of physicians in our area who performs the authentic Vaser liposelection (ultrasound-assisted liposuction) procedure.

Robert D. Yant, DPM

Team Physician - Podiatry

After receiving his Undergraduate Degree in Biological Sciences from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and his Medical Degree from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Finch University in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Yant completed his Residency at the Foot Clinic of Youngstown in Youngstown, Ohio.
Dr. Robert D. Yant has over 40 years of experience in the successful resolution of lower extremity ailments. He opened his Northeast Florida practice in 1980 with a desire to bring the best podiatric care to Jacksonville’s First Coast community. He specializes in treating all foot and ankle diagnoses, including, but not limited to, diabetic foot treatment, advanced foot, and ankle reconstruction, post-traumatic ankle reconstruction, plantar fasciitis, and sports medicine. Dr. Yant continues to use the latest state-of-the-art techniques, such as Platelet Rich Plasma, Stem Cell Injections, ultrasound-guided injections, and advanced wound healing procedures.
Dr. Yant is a Fellow with the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has served as Chief of Podiatry at Memorial Hospital and as a Board Member at many surgical centers. Dr. Yant has also been an attending physician to several residency programs. Presently, he is one of the team physicians for the Jacksonville Sharks of the National Arena Football League. He is also a consulting podiatrist for many colleges, numerous professional teams, and organizations, including the NFL, MLB, and PGA.
