TICKETS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL BOX OFFICE INFORMATION
During the season (April-July), the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena box office, located on 300 A. Philip Randolph Drive, is open 10 AM TO 4PM Monday through Friday. In addition, the box office opens two hours prior to all scheduled events.
TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
JVMA accepts cash and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
WILL CALL
Will Call tickets are available beginning four hours prior to events. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will card envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license and purchasing credit card.
SPECIAL SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Guest Services can provide details regarding the wide array of services for our disabled guests including ADA access points, elevators and assisted listening devices.
CHILDREN
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.
REFUNDS
No Refunds. Any changes or cancellations will be transferred to the next season.
