CREDENTIALS
You must have a Jacksonville Sharks credential (season or single-game) and/or League Media Pass to be admitted to the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. Credentials must be visibly worn at all times. Credentials should be requested through the Sharks Media Relations department. Single-game credential requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to game time. Credentials are for working media only. Your credential does not guarantee a seat. Single-game credential can be picked up at the Media Entrance (employee entrance) located on the south side of the arena next to the security entrance). A photo ID is required to obtain your credential. Season and single-game credentials are non-transferable and any unauthorized use will subject the bearer to ejection from the arena and the forfeiture of the credential. No autographs are allowed during media access periods.
PHOTO LOCATIONS
Photographers may shoot from photo pits located in section 106 and 117 during the game. It is also possible to shoot from elevated positions throughout the arena. As a reminder, it is imperative that all photographers be courteous to spectators and especially cognizant not to obstruct the view of paying customers. Photographers attempting to access either team bench or operations tunnel will be asked to leave the facility and forfeit future credentials.
GAME NOTES
All members of the media will be provided with a game notes packet prior to kickoff. A preliminary edition of game notes will be available online at jaxsharks.com the Wednesday morning before each game. Media who wish to receive a weekly edition of game notes via email may contact Catherine Cavallo at catherine@jaxsharks.com.
POST GAME INTERVIEWS
Post-game interviews may take place following a 10-minute cooling-off period. To schedule a post-game interview, please contact a member of the media relations department. Interviews will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members of the media holding interviews without prior consent of the Sharks will be subject to loss of credentials.
NON-GAME DAY INTERVIEWS
All interviews must be arranged through the media relations office. Interviews without the authorization of the sports information office are prohibited. Please contact Catherine Cavallo at 904.621.0700 ext. 704 or by e-mail at catherine@jaxsharks.com to schedule interviews with coaches or players at all other times.
GUESTS
Media members will not be permitted to bring guests into the Veterans Memorial Arena without prior approval by the media relations department. Media who do not adhere to this policy and bring guests into the Veterans Memorial Arena without prior approval will have their credentials revoked.
PARKING
Media may park in the south lot (loading dock) located on the south side of the arena. Media must check in with the attendant for access. Media members can be added to the parking list on a single-game basis, but parking spaces are limited. Requests must be made when requesting game credentials. Parking for media will open 3 hours prior to kickoff.
